Excellent trip
We really enjoyed our cruise along the river to the lake. Comfortable seats and even blankets supplied if it is chilly. Beautiful day and the scenery was stunning.

Disappointing
Organized travel holiday schedule around this. Lady hadnt checked her emails to know we had booked in for a sunset trip.(sounded lovely in theory) There is limited phone service in this area so hard to contact. Was cancelled at 5.15pm, meaning we wasted day where we could have done something else. I understand they didnt have the numbers needed but Crap customer service really. I couldnt give zero stars which was my experience.

Hi Jennifer, Once again....so sorry! Our listing clearly states the cruise is subject to minimum numbers and it does not pay our overheads if not. Please don't book activities with conditions in place if you are not prepared to take the risk of it being cancelled last minute. We are unable to confirm the cruise early in the day to help you with your planning if the minimums are not met yet. It is hard to be so harshly verbally punished when I was so honest with you. The fact that I had 14 in house cyclists overnight with breakfast and missed Bookme's notification of your booking made no difference to the outcome. Please feel free to ring well in advance for availability and a confirmed cruise and we will take you on board for free as our way of making amends for this unfortunate outcome. Serene and informative
Such a peaceful and enjoyable tour of the waterway up to Lake Mahinapua. Gavin was fun and so knowledgeable about local wildlife and the area. Lots of stories and laughs. A great way to see another aspect of this very different region. We did the sunset tour but sure it would be good at any time just for the access and stories.

Great way to end the day :)
We loved it! Our first booking had to be cancelled because we were the only bookings that they had, but we didn't mind and decided to do the sunset cruise instead, we were so glad we did as the scenery is stunning and was totally worth the wait. Make sure you dress up warm because it is cold out there even when the sun was out.
