Hi there, Thank you for your valuable feedback. We do our best to keep our guests informed with regards to the weather and unfortunately on the day you flew with us they changed last minute on the helicopter pads. We explained this prior to boarding the helicopter so our guests were aware of the weather situation. We would have been unable to land for safety. Guests do have the option of opting out if we cannot guarantee a landing. We do apologise if the not communicated clearly and wish you a safe onward journey. Franz Josef Glacier helicopter trip
A breath taking experience - amazing views & scenery. Our pilot gave great commentary as well. We live in an extremely beautiful country & this just was a perfect showcase!

Neve discover flight
So pleased we did this flight from the personal service prior, the amazing flight and safety consciousness. The pilot was very knowledgeable, the flight smooth and such an amazing experience landing on the snow looking at mt Tasman and mt cook in the distance. Very professional company and we're already looking forward to the next time we can fly with them.
