Awesome experience with 5-10 minute amazing helicopter ride over the glacier and mountain terrain. Approximate 2 hrs time on glacier being pretty unique. We had hoped for longer on the glacier as under the impression you had 3 hours and worked out only around 2 but weather not too great and group of 10 not so quick as perhaps would have liked. Clear from early on that group was mixed ability so wonder if we could have been grouped differently? Or add into the initial booking process how experienced you were to ascertain ability? Also clarify level of english spoken as at times clear not all group were following instructions requiring instructor to repeat self/slow group down to explain. Staff very friendly and welcoming and all seemed to really enjoy their job. Very organised and safe always reviewing weather/keeping in touch via walkie talkies with other guides. Very knowledgable. Would recommend this experience over just the helicopter ride to see the glacier features up close.
