Even the weather was to bad to fly, the service was really great. Instructions are clear, you always know in time what is going on, in case of questions Ben responses quickly, he tried to reschedule the flight and did wait with the cancelation and refunding till it was clear, that I cannot participate any other flight. While others don't reschedule, don't tell you that they canceled the flight, don't give clear instruction when to be where and they even do not contact bookme, so you have to do that by your own. But Ben does, so great service - 5/5. And the weather sucked. :/ :(
