We had an amazing helicopter flight — the experience was incredible and the views were unforgettable. We were especially excited and grateful that we were able to land at 6,000 meters. It was truly a highlight of our trip.
The only downside was the attitude of one of the staff members (no names needed) (BRIE). Her behavior came across as unnecessarily rude, not just towards us but also towards an older couple who simply didn’t understand her instructions. It felt unprofessional and didn’t match the quality of the rest of the experience.
Overall, the flight itself was fantastic, but the customer service from that particular staff member could definitely be improved.
Would have been 5 stars without the rudnes of brie
