Low-and-slow cooking is at the heart of their menu, from melt-in-the-mouth wagyu brisket and sticky pork ribs to tender pulled pork and creamy mac-and-cheese. Share-style platters like the Meatstock Madness invite generous feasting, paired with cold local beers or soft drinks. Inside, the warm, rustic space seats 100+ diners, with ample outdoor seating and a private function room for special events. Off-street parking makes visits easy.
The smoker is always a visual drawcard, while arcade games and a giant sports screen add to the lively atmosphere. Beyond the restaurant, What-A-BBQ’s mobile smoker truck and trailer bring the same smoky goodness to weddings, parties, and corporate catering across Auckland.
