I had a very light snack before going and found during the float I felt hungry. For next time I know to eat before I go in. The experience itself was quite lovely. The way the you can fully relax and just float was amazing. I went in the pod, which you pull down the lid yourself to the degree you are comfortable with. It did get a bit hot so I opened it a fraction. After coming out I did feel more calm & rested. I personally didn’t sleep during the time but it was highly relaxing.
