Looking for a place to unwind after a hard day’s work? The Backyard Bar and Restaurant is an ideal place to come and relax after the daily grind. Located opposite from the Takapuna Rugby club and just a short hop from the city. The Backyard offers a variety of drinks to be enjoyed poolside (yep, that’s right - we have a pool) serving up delicious meals to satisfy anyone’s hunger. Eat your way through a selection of either lighter meals or if you are after something a little more sophisticated, we offer a variety of other beautifully presented main dishes. Enjoy live performances by local artists and other special events. The Backyard is an ideal location for events or private functions, with different function areas available. Whether it’s a breakfast meeting, a cocktail party, 21st birthdays or anything else, just let us know and we will make it happen.
