Experience a wine-tasting tour in the stunning Matakana area. You can enjoy this beautiful area just north of Auckland with your designated driver-guide meaning everyone in your party can enjoy the wine tasting.
You’ll visit three boutique wineries and have the option to make side trips such as to the beach or to visit local cheese and honey makers.
Lunch options include the highly awarded Rothko at Scupltureum or The Smoko Room at Sawmill Brewery.
The tour is fully flexible and the choice of activities, including the vineyards we visit and the restaurant for lunch, can be tailored to your needs.

Example Itinerary
- 9.30am: Collection from your central Auckland collection point
- 10.45am: Visit local cheese or honey makers
- 11.30: Wine tasting at Matakana Estate Vineyard
- 1pm: Lunch at your choice of restaurant such at highly awarded Rothko at Sculptureum or The Smoko Room at The Sawmill Brewery
- 3pm: Wine tasting at Omaha Bay Vineyard (OBV)
- 3.45pm: Wine tasting at Hyperion Wines
- 6pm: Drop-off at central Auckland drop-off point
