Not pleasant!
I am not sure how this restaurant has such good reviews, but we did not enjoy our visit to the restaurant. The food & wine were average and the chairs & table were filthy, oily & old, it was very unpleasant to touch and seat on it.... DO NOT recommend!

Good indian food close to the center of the city
It is a small restaurant at the very back of a dining area with several others - kind of a food mall. I did enjoy the food and the wine and can recommend the bookme dishes: You cannot choose freely from the menue, but have several "bookme" dishes to choose from. As restaurant food is relatively expensive in New Zealand, this is a valid alternative for a dinner for two. It is not a fancy place, though.
