Ela cuisine is an award winning restaurant located inside Elliott Stables , that specialises in gluten and dairy free cuisine. Enjoy South Indian delicacies along with Mediterranean foods where spices and condiments used are unique to Kerala, known as the Spice Capital of the World. We do not use any MSG or artificial colours in our food so that you can enjoy a healthy dinner at our restaurant.

  • BUTTER"LESS" CHICKEN: Exclusive to Ela cuisine: No butter, No cream, Just cashews. Marinated boneless grilled chicken simmered in cashew, tomato, onion and fenugreek leaves. Served w/ green salad & organic brown basmati rice. BUTTER CHICKEN is available on request.

  • SPINACH CHICKEN: Grilled chicken & fresh vegetables in spinach & coconut masala. Served w/ green salad & organic brown basmati rice.

  • CHICKEN MAPPAS: Grilled chicken cooked in a Kerala style gravy of cardamom, cinnamon, onion, black pepper & coconut milk.Served w/ green salad & organic brown basmati rice.

  • PRAWN CURRY: Shelled prawns cooked in cashew, tomato, onion & coconut milk. Served w/ green salad & organic brown basmati rice.

  • KERALA BEEF: Slow roasted marinated beef cubes, simmered w/ garam masala, black pepper, onion, ginger & bay leaves. Served w/ green salad & organic brown basmati rice.

  • PANEER MASALA: Paneer, fresh carrots & beans simmered in coriander, tomato, coconut milk. Can substitute Paneer to Mushroom or Tofu. Served w/ green salad & organic brown basmati rice.

    Not pleasant!

    I am not sure how this restaurant has such good reviews, but we did not enjoy our visit to the restaurant. The food & wine were average and the chairs & table were filthy, oily & old, it was very unpleasant to touch and seat on it.... DO NOT recommend!
