Fantastic trip.
Fantastic trip. Our tour guide and driver, Lewis, was very informative, friendly, and professional. We were a little pushed for time, but this was understandable due to the combined destinations squeezed into the one day. Our family of seven, had a thoroughly enjoyable trip to Hobbiton and Waitomo cave. Highly recommended.

Nice trip to see Hobbiton and Ruakuri Cave.
Very pleasant trip to Hobbiton, bus ride from City to Hobbiton and Ruakuri's very informative and entertaining. The driver is very polite. Trip to Hobbiton is worth it! No hassles at all, and the buffet at the Green Dragon pub was great and something to look forward to as well. Ruakuri Cave tour was very enjoyable. Only downside was that we had to wait for a longer time for the bus taking us back to Auckland - and we are not even sure who we should look for or who we are waiting for if not for the lovely lady driver who was taking the other group to Rotorua. All in all, it was a great experience and must try tour while in auckland.

A rocky start
I booked the trip with book me and received confirmation email. When I arrived at the Intercity Terminal they had no record of my transaction and I was not on their list. Two other Australian tourists were also in the same boat, having had the same disappointing experience with another tour they had booked the previous day. Luckily someone at the station stepped in to help us. I enjoyed Hobbiton but we couldn't go to the gift shop as the bus driver was keen to get on the road. This was disappointing for everyone. Many tourists don't have the means or know-how when it comes to escalating issues, and it's not leaving them with a great impression of the country.

愉快的旅行 Fantastic experience
和描述没有什么区别，定的原因是因为两个项目刚好有很好的折扣，萤火虫洞略微失望，有很多时间是用来讲解和看钟乳石了，真正的萤火虫虽然不少但是也没有那么多。总体来说还不错，毕竟自己从奥克兰开车的话一天下来也很累。 A great option for visitors who live in Auckland and don't want to drive a lot.
