The Kayak Trip across takes one to one and a half hours at a cruisy pace. You will explore some of the volcanic coastline of the island before landing for morning tea.
The trip then takes you on a walk up the famous Rangitoto Island for lunch (provide your own), with spectacular views of Auckland. Depending on time the walk back can include a side trip through the lava caves. With knowledgeable, experienced guides to look after you, you will really enjoy this trip.
