  • King Salmon: Lightly smoked with parsnip puree, super grain and pea shoot salad, quinoa, lemon gel
  • Rangitikei Chicken: With lemon & thyme fregola, chicken liver stuffing, kale, yoghurt
  • Hawkes Bay Lamb: Sautéed gnocchi, puy lentils, salsa verde, brussell leaves
  • John Dory: With prawn and parsley risotto, heirloom tomatoe vierge, mixed leaves
  • Angus Beef Tenderloin: Short rib pithivier, braised onions, potato espuma, forestiere sauce
  • Gameford Duck breast: Duck leg confit, sweet potato, quince, cavolo nero, radicchio
  • Sails Fish 'n' Chips: Snapper fillets, beer battered, chunky fries, peanut slaw, malt vinegar aioli
