    melanip said... We had such a great experience here, from customer service to the experience itself! The team was so friendly and super nice to us. Our pass was originally meant for 2adults and 2children but unfortunately the 2 kids couldn’t make it anymore due to testing positive. We called in 1hr before our booking to check how much extra it would be to upgrade the 2kids passes to 2adults but instead they insisted we just fill in their spaces with no extra charge! The guy that took us up was really cool too and taught us some cool stuff we didn’t even know about our own city haha Thank you so much to the AJ Hackett team at SkyCity for your hospitality and kindness, we’ll definitely be back soon for a full sky walk or maybe even a sky jump :)
