waldov said... We booked a trip for 4 people on their boat and they cancelled due to weather which is completely understandable. We would have loved to have it rebooked, however, after they sent us an SMS to say they will be in touch to reschedule, they never did. It has been over a week and 2 phone calls and emails later, still nothing so we have requested a refund. Super disappointing that these businesses don't communicate with their clients. Its almost like because we paid a discounted rate online that they don't see it as important and can not be bothered. Tread carefully!
