We were very disappointed and angry that no one bothered to let us know that they weren't coming. We were the only people waiting so we thought they didn't want to come out for 3 people. We have emailed the tour company and expect a refund of our money including the international transfer fee. We have used your company before on a previous trip and it was great.1u Thanks Kathy
