ashishikas said... I would give zero stars if possible. Didnt even make it on the safari as they cancelled twice, the second time without any notification. We got there early dragging an excited child along, and paying hefty parking fees in the viaduct. Waited with 20 other people who had tickets. There was no notice and no show from staff. We had to call them to find out what was happening and then got told it had been cancelled.Amazed at this level of service in downtown Auckland. Thumbs down all around.

Crap service.
