victoriak said... Very disappointing experience. We booked with breakout escape and escape masters a week a part of each other and there is no comparison. Not only were breakout escape hard to get hold of to change my booking, staff too busy to intro you to the room (done through a video in monotone with no enthusiasm) and having to wait up to 15 mins when calling staff for the clues you are allowed (as opposed to it being instant with escape masters)…but when we didn’t escape and the woman came to show us how to solve the puzzle she couldn’t find the important clue we needed to escape and said it had been left out the room. When we spoke to the manager he said we could have a free game and then retracted this when another team member said it was in his special hiding place behind a bookshelf all along. Don’t believe it was ever in the room and even if it was, we were told not to move any furniture. Manager was rude and staff seemed scared of him, would def not go back here - go to escape masters instead, all their branches are great!
