FAITH WIKATENE said... It was going well for the first 15 minutes, until we got stuck on a lock for at least 20minutes. Turned out the lock was broken so they had to use a bolt cutters to break the lock. I asked the staff member to please add more time back on our clock to which she replied "I cant because we have another booking after you. Totally killed our buzz. Spoke to the manager, asked if we could do another room but he explained they dont have vouchers for the room but instead gave us some vouchers for the skating ring.
