2 stars for Fullers. They couldn't find our tickets in the system even though we had email confirmation of buying them. We
waited for 50mins (husband, myself and 3 young children) 5 mins to departure we were just told to run to the boat and they'll let us on without a ticket. There was no line at boarding, it was more like a large group of sheep shuffling forward to the small gap in the gate, which slowed boarding down. There was no social distancing and vaccine passes were barely checked. My kids looked scared because at times they could barely see us with so many adults towering over them. There was a shoe cleaning station but because boarding was so slow we were eventually told to just skip the process and just dust our shoes off a little and get on the ferry quickly so we could leave. The inside room upsfairs had no ventilation. It was hot and gross, not to mention the fear that someone could have covid amongst us made it an uncomfortable ride. There was no seating outside and we had a 1 year old with us so it was our only option. If I could go with a different provider next time I would. Fullers then proceeded to call me and email me in the follwing days about my trip being cancelled even though I'd already been. Even after emailing them back to advise and telling 3 different callers they were calling in error, I still received calls. It was maybe on the 5th or 6th call that they finally stopped contacting me. I mean, for a company that has been operating for so long it surprises me how how bad the service is. You would think they would be so good at it by now.
