The guides were friendly and knowledgeable, and took care to make sure everyone in the group was comfortable in the water. Even if you're not a strong swimmer, the wetsuits provide a lot of buoyancy, and there is a small raft that you can hold on to if you get tired. the hour went by very quickly- my only complaint is that we didn't start until an hour after our booking time as someone in the group was very very late, and I suspect this reduced our time in the water (I don't blame Goat Island Snorkel and Dive for this - indeed, it was nice of them to wait so long).
