    hayoungj said... 처음엔 투어 여행사와 약간의 트러블이 있었습니다. 예약할 당시 제가 잡은 숙소와 가장 가까웠던 풀만 호텔에서 기다리겠다고 적었는데 절 데리러 오지 않더라고요... 어쩔 수 없이 전화를 해봤는데 뭔가 오류가 있었고 이미 투어버스는 시내를 떠났다더군요...ㅋ 근데 다음날이 출국 날이라 투어를 미룰 수도 없어서 어쩌나 했는데 프라이빗 가이드를 붙여주었습니다. 덕분에 예상치도 않게 1:1 투어를 했습니다. 가이드를 해주신 Richard씨는 정말 최고였어요. 빠른 운전으로 모든 투어를 완벽히 할 수 있도록 도와주셨고 지나가는 지역이나 뉴질랜드에대해 설명해주시기도 하고 정말 멋진 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다! 실수에 빠르고 좋은 서비스로 대처해준 최고의 투어에이전시였어요~ 강력히 추천합니다!
