The Red Boats captain think his name was Micheal on a July 4th trip was rude and unhelpful, making passengers feel worthless. • He lacked compassion, expected passengers to know what to do, and got angry when measurements were wrong, even refusing to help. • No paitence Do not recommend unless you want to feel bullied and made to fend for yourself.
