EDWARD SENNER said... The experience was great apart from being told to swipe our Gold Hop Cards a few minutes early. After swiping my wifes card, one of your staff advised delaying swiping my card until just before the ferry departure. Unfortunately, this resulted in a cost being added to my wifes card which I will try to recover from Auckland Transport. Other than that, we will use the service again, now that this idiosyncracy is understood.

9am ferry from Half Moon Bay on 9th January 2018
