Laura Melanie Cassandra said... Booked through Bookme and then had to call Sealink which was fine - received good customer service. A bit of a runaround at the terminal. All was sorted fairly easily - we just had to show the Bookme confirmation as well as the Sealink confirmation email. So make sure you are aware of this when booking through Bookme. Other than that, well organised in terms of getting cars on and off. Good cafe and aircon and upper deck on the larger ferry. Obviously a good trip with good views on a sunny day.
