I felt the bus trip itself was good and value for money. My disappointment was firstly the bus didn't arrive at the Museum bus stop until a few minutes after 9am. For a number of tourist waiting they were unsure if they were at the correct stop.
Then the next 15 minutes or more were taken up driving into the centre of the city trying to locate a passenger who had not worked out where the correct stop was. that passenger was not located. Passengers waiting at the Northlands stop nearly gave up on the bus turning up.
The driver made up some time on the journey. We arrived in Hamner around 11.25am.
