Didn’t get to enjoy it

Melissa Clark said... Unfortunately (my fault) I didn’t read the address properly when I booked this for my sister in laws birthday gift - and thought it was inside hanmer springs resort. We only realised 15 mins before the appointment called to explain what had happened and was told, no later appointments available but you still have time. However the resort advised my sister in law on her way out that she wouldn’t be able to get back in. So she gave up. Epic fail on my part. But then when I emailed the massage company and ask if I could use my voucher in a couple of days time (gifting it to another friend in the area) I received no response.
