Jen said... What a treat! So much to see and do. The Hagglund ride had us laughing so hard - big shout out to the amazing kiwi humour of our guide (2.40pm trip on Wednesday 26 November - Managers - give this chap a raise!). Enthusiasm, knowledge and really hard case. Saw the penguins (four in total), had a movie, and got to pat the huskies (live dogs in the exhibit - only in NZ!). The reception team even stored our bags. Compared to international attractions - this really stacked up with a good 2 hours of entertainment. Keen to go again. Keep up the great visitor service.
