Don't take bookings if you're not going to open up for them and at least phone customers who have booked if you decide not to honour their purchase. What waste of time, fuel, km's and purchase price. The kids were gutted though, that was the worst part, they had been getting excited about coming here for weeks. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS EXPERIENCE.
