We'd booked through BookMe just a couple of hours before we arrived and Niesha found our booking quickly. Later on she was quick to spot when my son had hurt himself and brought out an ice pack and cup of water. Particularly Useful for Travellers... Mega Air had showers we could both use (even though we had only bought a bounce for my son). The showers were hot, powerful and smelt clean! We were even able to charge our powerpack behind reception and my laptop while sitting on the grandstand viewing area.
