After pre booking tickets two months ago we arrived at the park to find it was closed despite the fact we had ticket for that particular day. No body seemed interested in the short coming leaving us with a wasted day on holiday and an extremely disappointed 5 year old. Most disappointing was the staff member we managed to get hold of at the park who shifted blame wherever they could. Not a great review for a park that is overpriced and empty most days.
