beautiful experience. only small remark - rented towels are just bad. everything else rocks: an experience everyone should do. we did it under the rain and it was even better.

Couldn't Attend
I actually didn't use this booking due to a separation and having to meet with real estate agents. I did contact Wairakei via email without receiving a reply. This is actually one of my favorite thermal pool places in NZ. The low rating is due to the company not responding to my email only, considering the circumstances. Otherwise this is a beautiful place to visit and it I'll still be back, as I go as often as I can.
