Bad customer service at the front desk.
I’m rating it no so high because I am a local and I was getting my granddaughter and her friend from the USA into the pool last Saturday night and I was refused local pass. It wasn’t so much the refusal but the person at the desk was very rude. We have been coming there for a couple years now and that was a first. Didn’t catch her name but she looked to be either Philippino or Asian. Not a good experience at all.

Pristine pools
These pools are stunning, pristine,and a complete joy to be in. The scenery , the varying temperatures and the community feel. These are the best hot pools of I’ve ever experienced anywhere !
