Beautiful and amazing experience.

This was my second time at pools and first time in the outdoor onsen. It was a beautiful day and a perfect start to my birthday. Really liked the nature feel of the outdoor pool and personal touches with the selection of drinks and snacks, which adds to the luxurious experience. I will be back, hopefully more often than I have been. I would love to experience the pools in the winter. Better get booking!!! Thanks to the staff for being lovely and attentive.

This was the loveliest place on earth from the gorgeous foyer to the spa and even the showers!!!! Everything was beyond amazing! The view cannot be described, it was so so beautiful! We had the Tandeki package which was well worth it and we went at 1pm which was amazing! couldn't recommend them more✨

Really nice and peaceful place! We basically had the all place for ourselves! Hot pool, sauna, steam room and swimming pool with a nice view on a terrasse on top of the river! So peaceful that my boyfriend felt asleep for an hour on the decks chair! Really nice staff too,I recommend and will go again!

Tranquil and was a nice finish to a busy day. Only negative is the floors are super super slippery. Looks beautiful but impractical.

Nugget Point Spa is gorgeous and romantic and so so regal. I've been here three times and not ONNNCEE have I not been left blown away by how pretty it is there. My massage therapist Casey was a GEEEMMM and made me feel super relaxed (and took my concerns over my messed up bruised up leg (lmao) to heart and was suuuuper gentle with them). Grateful for how patient she was with me (forgetting to take off ally my jewelry and my socks lmao and her having to remind me), and the tea they served us after our treatment was soooo special. Cannot recommend enough! Oh and the views, of course. BREATHTAKING.

The process in booking a time via BookMe came promptly. On the day, we drove there as it was just a 4minute drive from our AirBnB, we missed the sign at first but managed to find our way there easily. Good parking area for customers and prepare to walk from carpark to reception - our reservation was at 08:30am - so we were there around 08:10am — still cold!!! Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly staff. We were seated in a warm comfortable couch while they prep our snacks.. a few minutes later we were showed to our private room. The place was clean and the staff was able to explain how to operate the pool. The water is hot so you have the option to add cold water. THE VIEW IS THE BEST!!! Overall, we had a great experience. Totally recommend!

We hd an indoor onsen as it was quite snowy but the experience is SUPERB! the view and the place is absolutely stunning! We'll Definitely back for more!
