This was my second time at pools and first time in the outdoor onsen. It was a beautiful day and a perfect start to my birthday. Really liked the nature feel of the outdoor pool and personal touches with the selection of drinks and snacks, which adds to the luxurious experience. I will be back, hopefully more often than I have been. I would love to experience the pools in the winter. Better get booking!!! Thanks to the staff for being lovely and attentive.

This was the loveliest place on earth from the gorgeous foyer to the spa and even the showers!!!! Everything was beyond amazing! The view cannot be described, it was so so beautiful! We had the Tandeki package which was well worth it and we went at 1pm which was amazing! couldn't recommend them more✨

We had very good experience at this place. Staff was really good. We bought indulgence package but due to power cut they were out of ice creams. But they replace it with juices and also offered us refund for ice creams which we really appreciated. Thanks Team Onsen ?

The process in booking a time via BookMe came promptly. On the day, we drove there as it was just a 4minute drive from our AirBnB, we missed the sign at first but managed to find our way there easily. Good parking area for customers and prepare to walk from carpark to reception - our reservation was at 08:30am - so we were there around 08:10am — still cold!!! Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly staff. We were seated in a warm comfortable couch while they prep our snacks.. a few minutes later we were showed to our private room. The place was clean and the staff was able to explain how to operate the pool. The water is hot so you have the option to add cold water. THE VIEW IS THE BEST!!! Overall, we had a great experience. Totally recommend!

Perfection amazing

We hd an indoor onsen as it was quite snowy but the experience is SUPERB! the view and the place is absolutely stunning! We'll Definitely back for more!

Onsen Hot Pools is definitely a must when visiting Queenstown! We absolutely loved every second of it. Worth the money!!!

Really knowledgeable lady talked us through the gin tasting.the food was next level delicious too and we definitely left with a few bottles to purchase! They do things other than gin and I highly recommend the spiced rum it's decadently caramel tasting!

This was our second visit to Onset and it didn't disappoint. Try and time your visit with the sunset for some seriously amazing colours reflecting on the snow capped mountains in front of you. We added the $25 indulge package to our soak which included bubbles, trad ion a lot New Zealand ice cream, water, towels and an oil burner which smelt incredible. My only whinge and this is really going on a Kim would be sharing the small piccolo of bubbles.. one each would be ideal but that's just me being greedy! We'll be back.

The views were breathtaking. What a beautiful scenery, great friendly customer service, and best part was lots of privacy (your own private spa room, looking out to the beautiful lake/mountain) Highly recommend A+

My wife and I visited onsen for Mothers Day the team were amazingly hospitable the facilities were first class we absolutely loved it and would very much do it again and recommend it to anyone

My husband and I went in August at 8.30am and it was amazing, clear blue sky, sun was out, was nice and brisk outside, stunning views of snowy mountains, the jet boat sped past just as we were about to leave. Was lovely and peaceful and would most definitely do it again... maybe at night next time! Thankyou for an enjoyable relaxing experience!

We had an amazing time here soaking in the hot tub and looking over Shotover river. The staff were lovely, and the complementary juice we picked were delicious! Highly recommend doing after a day at Coronet Peak or Shotover Jet as it is quite close.
