Air Auckland went above and beyond during our scenic flight to Whitianga. We were transported in a luxurious, air-conditioned shuttle from the airport to the restaurant, making our journey comfortable and hassle-free. Mike, our pilot, was friendly and communicative, pointing out interesting sights along the way. The views were stunning, and the well-maintained plane added to the overall experience. We also had a delicious lunch at Stoked, which was a great addition to the trip. Overall, I highly recommend Air Auckland for anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable experience in Auckland. Their exceptional service and attention to detail made the trip a memorable one.

What an amazing island to visit, the bird life, hiking and beaches make this a great day out. The explore crew were all friendly and so organised.

Before purchasing our tickets, we were not sure what will be experienced , but now I must say It was one of the best tours we ever had. The team was super cool and they did everything despite the rain to find some dolphins, and they did. The Rotoroa Islan was also so nice to visit. All in all, 10/10

We had an AMAZING day on this tour! Mudbrick Vineyard was simply stunning! We would have happily stayed there - resting amongst the lavender bushes, views over Waiheke down to the waterfront, wine glass in hand and vintage music playing softly in the background. Heaven!! The Bach was a lot of fun - fantastic views and a truly delicious Pinot Noir we couldn't resist! Finally, Dellows Winery allowed us to round up our wine tasting and we decided to sample some of the spirits on offer too! Thank goodness for the BBQ after as we were rather jolly at the conclusion of this tour and floated merrily back to the city thereafter. Thanks so much, Justin! We can't wait to come back! What a amazing afternoon we had! Great tastings and nice food! We ended with Mudbrick winery and had a private tasting. It was excellent. Justin (our tour guide) really showed us the island and its beautiful views! Thank you for a great experience!

We were absolutely impressed by this tour - simple yet thoroughly enjoyable. Our tour guide took us to 3 amazing wineries with beautiful views, tasty wines and lovely hosts. The food at 3rd winery was just amazing, one of best on our NZ trip. Would do it again if I visit Auckland. Thanks a lot.

I really enjoyed this wine tour and Justin is a very friendly and helpful guide. He was very felxible with the pick up and drop off what made it easy for everybody who took part in this tour. You hop on his 20 year old japanese school bus wherever you want and he tells you a little about the island. You'll stop at 3 diffetrnt wineyards and try about 12-14 different excellent wines and there will defenetly be some tastes for everyone. The BBQ afterwards is good as well and also sutable for vegetarians as there are a lot of vegetables, bread and spreads. Thank you! :-)

A cool experienced in Waiheke Island :) But it's only worth with promotion deal, beside this, I only tasted 11 types of wines instead of 12 types and 1 type of olive oil instead of 3. The BBQ is really yummy!! The driver provide good services as well like intro about Waiheke Island and offer a lift at other places rather than fixe at 1 place as we took different ferry to the island. Btw, all the wines is really smooth and great!

It was such a lovely day out winetasting with friends matched. Perfect weather and great wines!

A bit rushed, and first stop didn't feature any wines from whaiheke at all, but a small group and tasting with food pairing where good.

Such a great birthday!!! Highly recommend this tour, my only thing I would want to change is we visit three winery's only.

On a bucket list trip to NZ visiting our daughter with my not very mobile husband , so have to be selective on activities. This was perfect, starting with the boat trip giving fantastic views of city and harbour bridge without having to walk round. We were met off the boat by our guide and were a group of 10 mixed nationality. I had wondered about the price, but having seen the costs at each vineyard for the tasting it was well worth it, and without the aggro of deciding route/ sorting transport etc. We did four vineyards with 3-5 tastings at each, all a bit different and in some stunning settings across the island, with information given on each by the vineyard. We were given time to enjoy and not rushed between, and also ordered lunch at the third stop ( paid separately). No doubt the tasting helped, but the group bonded well and conversation flowed, and our driver was informativeandkept us on track. Were dropped back at harbour in time for 4pm ferry, but would have been easy to stay on if you wanted more time on the island, which certainly looked worth exploring or even just a swim before departure. With the extras for ferry, lunch, bottles bought ( but no pressure to do so), this wasn't cheap, but will definitely be on our holiday highlights.

Es war ein super schöner Tag. Der Reisebegleiter war sehr nett. Die vier Weingüter waren sehr schön, besonders das Weingut namens Mudbrick hatte eine schöne Aussicht ! Die Weine waren alle sehr lecker. Viele Rotweine waren dabei. Wir hatten lunch auf dem dritten Weingut, die Auswahl war ganz gut aber alles war ziemlich teuer und man wurde ein wenig dazu gedrängt dort essen zu bestellen, da alle Tourteilnehmer an einen Tisch im Restaurant geführt wurden und man schlecht einfach gehen konnte... alles in allem ist es wirklich empfehlenswert!

It was a fun afternoon and the 5 wineries we visited are worth to try for starters. Our driver is a local and knows everything about Waiheke and was very happy to answer any questions you may have. See pictures I've taken for the tour.

We had the best day on this tour. Sharee, along with her adorable little dog, “Mister Wino“, drove us to 4 amazing wineries, she was friendly and engaging and had great knowledge of the area. Each winery was unique and all of them gave us a detailed and fun tasting of 4 of their wines. Shout out to Peacock Sky Winery who also offer a degustation tasting with a food pairing for each wine tasted. We had lunch at Batch Winery while enjoying spectacular views and perfect weather. I’m vegan and was well catered for with both food and wine! Highly recommend this tour when visiting Waiheke, you won’t be disappointed.

Great day out on Weiheke exploring the vineyards, the views are absolutley stunning. All the winerys were gorgeous, wine was beautiful and got 3+ glasses at each, and some cheese and crackers too. Ferry over is so quick and easy and bus driver was so easy to find, easy booking and such a fun day out. Can't remember our drivers name but he was so knowledgeable of all the area and made everyone on the bus very welcome even playing games to get us all chatting to each other! If you love wine, great views, beautiful vineyards then this is perfect!

Rob was a fantastic guide and super funny, we had the best day out at Waiheke. Instead of heading off on the ferry directly after the tour, I opted to go to a fifth vineyard and was joined by some others in the group. Such a memorable experience and I highly recommend it!!

Excellent tour guide, loved his humour. Fabulous way of seeing the island. Wonderful vineyards & organisaton of the team made it all too easy!

Mich is the new Queen of the Wine Tours! Pick up from the ferry was easy. The van was easily identifiable. Especially helpful if you were alive during the Disco era or have had extra tastings over lunch. Her tour was informative, fun and she gave us great tips for additional things to do and see on the island.

Tour Guide was super friendly, and set great vibes. Each stop was a different experience in itself and the wine was all amazing too
