Was so awesome to have an e bike so I could get the most out of my day. Queenstown and area has lots of great bike trails, but the hills would really get me, so having the extra kick of the E bike helped me get up them.

Get the premium e bike if you hire. Makes the ride so much more enjoyable. Smooth gear changes, good power assist. The ride around Queenstown area is fantastic. Guys at the shop very helpful. Thoroughly recommend hiring from Bike and Beyond.

We hired bikes, and had them delivered to our Hotel in Queenstown. They arrived on time, with Water bottle, maps, and a Lock. Great instruction was given on the easy operation of the bikes. We had a magic day exploring Queenstown and beyond the Shotover River bridge. This was a great way to see the parks & gardens with the magnificent Autumn colours.

We had a fantastic day as a family of four on these e-bikes. Such a beautiful route. Started in Frankton, off to Arrowtown via Lake Hayes & came back over the 5-bridges. Bikes were great, route was fantastic and good service at the bike hire.

Thanks Andrew for your piloting us. It was my husbands 60th Birthday and a surprise. The views are amazing and stunning. Never leave home before coming to The Queenstown area. A big plus for any trip here. Pick up and drop off for accommodation with no extra charge is a bonus. Highly recommend

We had Pete as our pilot in queenstown and and it was such an amazing experience! we felt safe through out the whole experience and it made our honeymoon unforgettable. it's definitely worth the price and a once in a life time experience with beautiful views and sob much fun. we did the 50 minute scenic flight with alpine snow landing and its something we'll remember forever. thanks Pete!

A cloudy and high swell day so lots of fun on the water. Great ‘skipper’, lots of 360 spins !

Our driver calls himself the Cowboy and the bus, his steel horse. He entertained us through much of our long bus ride to and fro with interesting facts, and also jokes, puns and quizzes that really kept the atmosphere lighthearted (he gave us good time to rest as well). With only 15 people on the tour and every one keeping to the time schedule as well as really good weather, Cowboy was able to stop a couple of times at several scenic places for us to take excellent photos! The premium bus offers good space, wifi on the bus (while there's still reception of course) and I was able to charge my phone till 99% by the end of the trip - so bring your wire and sit near the charging ports!). For best views, sit on the right. Oh and And Milford Sound is just so stunning! My friend and I spent almost the whole 1.5hrs out on the various decks to try and capture the best views. The toilet on the cruise was also clean. We didn't take the lunch (don't think it's halal), but sure looks and smells good! There's complimentary tea and coffee on board the cruise and also hot water available to cook cup instant noodles if you're slightly on a budget like me.

We had an incredible day in Milford. The bus journey was excellent: our driver was super knowledgeable and we had an amazing commentary the entire way. Thank you so much for making us feel safe and happy!

The wet weather did not put a “dampener” on this experience only made it more mysterious and exciting. What a wonderful place Fiordland and Milford Sounds are when shrouded in mist and rain. The Milford sound is really beautiful, and the driver was quite knowledgeable and responsible. I think this is a very good journey, because you don’t have to drive by yourself and you could relax and enjoy the view on the way.

Super friendly driver with good commentary along the trip. Have a chance to ge a good weather on the road from Queenstown to Milford Sound with little bit of rain when starting the cruise. However Milford Sound is still majestic and mysterious when combine with light rain and mist. Super on time and the driver helps me to take some pictures of me, thank you for the great experience!!

The highlight for me is the driver (Brad) of the southern discoveries bus. He knows everything and time just flew while listening to his stories about Queenstown and South Island. The bus was amazing with the roof made out of glass for the amazing view. The cruise was also great. Highly recommend taking the bus instead of driving a private vehicle if you don't plan to take hikes on the way. Coz the bus is mostly windows so you can enjoy the extremely beautiful nature throughout the journey rather than focusing on driving. You will get to know the history of everything you meet on the way by listening to the driver.

We were blessed with a beautiful sunny day and the whole trip was fantastic. The driver was very nice and knowledgeable. A little wifi problem but rest of the trip is worth it. The stops at scenic places are very thoughtful.

What a day!! From the moment we got on the bus and were treated by Ben’s brilliant stories of the local area. From the moment you reach Te Anau and move closer to Milford, the journey itself is incredibly impressive and inspiring through wonderful untouched nature. This is simply a trip that has to be taken.

Big day, from Queenstown to Milford sounds but worth it!! Driver was amazing, cruise was awesome although very wet. Glad we were driven as the roads are very winedy and narrow. Thanks Southern Discoveries for the experience.

An incredible journey to Milford Sound! The driver Pradeep was sensational, charming and delivered an amazing experience to our group, it was a long day, but so much to see and experience. A comfortable bus, plenty of stops and chances to capture this amazing part of New Zealand ?? 5 stars!

A bit of an early start so my partner and I were mostly sleeping on the couch ride and waking up in time for the stopovers. Bus driver was very informative and nice. The boat ride was awesome. We went on a perfectly sunny day so we were able to get good pictures

The trip was well organised and tour operators were professional. It was a long day but we had plenty of breaks to take in the sights. The boat cruise was amazing!

What can I say about this, an absolute amazing experience. Gabe morning as amazing and made the trip really enjoyable with his knowledge. Well worth it, will not hesitate to do this again, you will come away with great memories!! Don’t forget to wear a poncho on the boat if you want to experience going under a waterfall, the staff on the boat were fantastic!!

I wish there were more stars to rate our experience with premium Coach, top class day. Our driver Jamie was such a great guy, he’s commentary was on point and his driving skills were on another level, I felt super comfortable in the bus around a very tricky area of road, he knows how to drive. This was excellent from the start. We were taken from our hotel exactly as was booked transferred to the coach which was very comfortable and clean . Had panoramic views from tall windows and the see through glass roof. Marcus the guide driver was excellent. Provided excellent descriptions of places landscapes formations flora and fauna with history and scientific application The cruise too was fantastic. Milford Sound is an amazing place everyone should experience

We were lucky and had an amazing sunny day. The driver was very explicative and gave perfect information while travelling. Scenary while travelling from Te Anau onwards was outstanding!! Made a couple of stops on the way. Would really recommend this experience to anyone, really worth it. Bookme discount makes it even better

It was just great. Marcus was our coach guide and he was very informative. I often get motion sickness but his driving was pretty good. Milford Sound is indeed a magical place and when you get comfortable journey, you can enjoy it more. If you are planning to use coach, go with them without a doubt. Marcus has a good knowledge of the surrounding and he says in a very interesting manner. He gives enough comfort stops as well. Highly recommended

It was the most wonderful experience ever. Brad was our guide and driver. We really enjoyed his talks about the area's history and myths and stories.We will be definitely doing it again.

Nice trip. Both the coach and cruise were new and clean. Cowboy was humorous, polite and helpful. Told us a lot of jokes during this long trip. It rained all the way but it cleared up when we arrived. Real lucky. Spent most of the time on the deck enjoying the views and were thrilled to see some seals.

Stan is our driver and guide, he is very humorous and has excellent time management. The buffet on the cruise is delicious. I highly recommend this itinerary.
