Incredible that the who walk was earth and not man made

Really good experience and relaxing after adrenaline activities. Staff very friendly. Had a late lunch at the cafe which was very much needed and reasonably priced.

Was so awesome, made my skin feel so soft. Still over 24 hrs later and 3 showers my skin still feels soft. I trod on a bumblebee just before I got in the mud and it stung the bottom of my foot, as soon as I rubbed it in the mud the sting left. Staff were really friendly, nice atmosphere. Just wonderful all round ??

This tour was great and the tour guide was super friendly! As rafting is the their most common activity, the SUPing was nice and quiet, very relaxed, floating down the channel with loads of amazing birds! Well worth the money! And definitely one to try if you've never been SUPing before!

I overcame my fear of water with the friendly , professional team at Rotorua Rafting. They were very safety conscious and best of all made my whole experience very memorable! Exhilarating and a must do for everyone. I will definitely be back !

From start to finish we were so impressed and had a great time. The operation is well set up from check in and comfortable for waiting before the trip starts. The staff are easy going and on the ball to get you set up & off to the River. Our guide Sam was top class! Very safety conscious with support staff waiting to help if needed. The rafting was incredible! We had such a great group that were laughing & having a good scream down the biggest falls to make it fun. There’s a good few rapids beyond the big drop so the trip was much more than we’d expected. It was definitely thanks to Sam that we also had some extra tricks and spins thrown in to. We’ll be ready and waiting to go back again! Fully recommend the company and the experience!

It would have been better if the toilets were clean.

Kicked off our honeymoon with Rotorua Rafting & it will definately be hard to beat! My husband & I have travelled a bit - Hawaii, Bali, Thailand to name a few. Of all the activities we have experienced, this is by far my favourite. To know that it was in our beautiful home country is beyond belief. All guides were bloody awesome - thank you Nui for looking after us. Such genuine people who made us feel at ease as we didn't realise how it would be. My husband is pretty hard to please but it ws awesome to see him enjoying the rafting more than me. We got to meet a lovely couple also & good teamwork was involved. Will highly recommend this to anyone / everyone!

Fantastic experience, I did this as a 50th birthday treat with my daughter, son in law and one of their friends. Great guide thanks Cam you totally made our day, I would definitely be doing it again next time I visit New Zealand ?

This is the best experience we have had in NZ! From the beautiful surrounds to the crystal clear waterways the views are just as amazing as the white water rafting! The guides made you feel incredibly safe and comfortable the whole way! This isn’t just a white water rafting experience it is so much more!!!

I would highly recommend this company, especially ride with Tom or Jesper! Jesper gave us a ride from town and Tom was our guide on the boat. We have laughed all the time :) one of the best experience in NZ! Definitively not to be missed! Cheers

Worth the money! Would even pay full price and it would still be worth it. Staff were so accomodating and fun to chat with while waiting for your scheduled time. Had Jack as our guide. An absolute legend. Never felt unsafe the whole time and is a good laugh. Definite must-do in Rotorua. 10/5 stars!

We ent in summers so the water was pretty warm and the guides and all the staff were very professional and fun. They made the whole experience even more fun. Our guide was SAM and he was amazing, he was really funny and a great trainer. Overall, the whole experience was really fun and a must-do for whoever is visiting Rotorua.

Awesome from the beginning till end, it was the best experience ever. Sam and his Crew are just amazing, great customer service and they look after you from the time you walk in till the time you walk out. If rafting the Kaituna is what you want, Rotorua Rafting is who you need.

What an awesome experience. All the guides were just great. The whole crew are just a group of funny and lively people. The rush,the fun, can't wait to have a second go at it. And also to top that, one mate of ours cancelled at the last moment and they still gave us a full refund. Just stellar customer service.

We have done rafting in Queenstown but must say no comparison. This has by far been the best rafting experience and I speak on behalf of my friends too. Nate is the best and would recommend to anyone who’s keen to give this experience a go!

We have been rafting in many different countries but nothing compared to this experience...love love loved it...staff were fantastic and the whole experience was grwat from start to finish...our guide was so funny and Australian so that was pretty cool...would do this again in a heartbeat..and grwat value for money.

Awesome way to spend a couple of hours. The guides are awesome and super friendly and very much know what they are doing! Our boat flipped (not as scary as you’d think) and our guide was all over it! Had it under control. Such an awesome experience

Crew: Friendly and hilarious! Very professional. Experience: quite a number of rapids and obviously the waterfall itself! It was thrilling to say the least! Overall: An hour of total fun! Very thrilling but safe as well. There were a large number of additional help on kayaks aside from one guide per boat. Life jackets work ?. Swallowed water but that's to be expected ?. Anyone with contact lenses should bring and wear goggles. Mine slipped out and i was almost half blind. So i had to shut my eyes at the best bit which was a little sad. But overall great fun!

Awesome and unforgettable lifetime experience for even a non-swimmer like me. The rapids may look scary but it is so much fun rafting with complete confidence in your guide and the red (lifesaver) kayak. The crew were incredible and they have such an enviable office. I would say this is a 'must-do' activity in everyone's lifetime.

Absolutely amazing experience - you have to do this and do it with Rotorua Rafting! Jack our guide was utterly fantastic - he was such good fun even though he had a difficult boat with four of us only 1 of us paddling the way he asked ? he had to work extra hard to keep us on track but he made the whole experience awesome ? I really can’t thank him enough for giving us an amazing time and apologise for being a useless paddler ? I was pretty scared before hand but this disappeared as soon as we entered the building as all of the staff were fantastic. Definitely get the photos - they are really great and give you fab memories of the trip. We are 6 months into a round the world adventure and this is definitely one of the best things we’ve done so far.

It was absolutely fantastic family fun ❤. It is safe and there are lots of fun. Don't hesitate it. Just do it. Highly recommend

Simply awesome adventure with these guys! Nate was our guide and made us feel excited and well looked after throughout the adventure. The whole team were engaging from the moment I arrived until I left. I'd definitely do the river again with this crew.

The team at Rotorua rafting is amazing. Our raft guide was funny and he made us laugh through out our time doing rafting. We will definitely book Rotorua rafting again for our another adventure. Kayaking is what we look forward to do with them.

We had an awesome time! Were good about us being 10/15 minutes late which we appreciated and still let us do it and caught us up to the other rafts. Felt the crew / workers were really capable, experienced and knew exactly what they were doing which was very reassuring. They were also very friendly and helpful. Well organised and well paced tour and good amount of time on water. THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND!

Absolutely awesome time on the river!! Felt a bit nervous but the crew put us all at ease straight away with their friendly hilarious banter and stellar expertise. Complete masters of their craft, always felt utterly safe and had a blast! Would highly recommend Rotorua Rafting for a great adventure that won’t be soon forgotten. These guys are excellent. From arriving at the base to leaving afterwards they provided the best customer service and provided you with everything you needed. On river was amazing, beautiful bush scenery all the way, and of course heaps of fun on the raft. We surfed waves, swum over a waterfall and had the perfect trip. Recommend these guys for your rafting trip, you won’t be disappointed ! Also they took photos along the way, and you can purchase them at the end for only $39 which I thought was great value.
