We took a ride at 11 in the morning, the weather was great it was sunny. The captain was very accommodating & friendly also the two staff down in the bar was friendly too. It was a satisfying trip together with the picturesque view. ???????

Simply the best dining experience in Queenstown. I know that's a big call but I've been to every joint in Queenstown (except Roki - yet) and I'll always go back to Rosewood. Staff, food, view, ambiance all 💯 %

AWESOME trip perfect weather and great interesting commentary along the way on points of interest and a bit of history.

My hubby loved being able to go and see the steam engine at work in the belly of the ship. Meat at bbq was cold, good service and friendly staff. Overall enjoyable experience, he is glad I persuaded him to go!

the Earnslaw cruise rocks. beautiful & old ship, good sailors, windy bow with a head wind. it was nice experience. you can buy a picture you took on board. Crews will find you.

Clean and tidy boat, we received 1 free tea or coffee each and the captain gave a great commentary. Really enjoyed our trip and it was absolutely worth doing. We went in the morning and it was beautiful and clear, gorgeous views. Super cold outside on the viewing deck though so rug up!

Great crew, lots of space on the boat and nice fish and chips for lunch! The most beautiful scenery!

I am so happy I got to do this cruise. The steam boat was such a unique experience and the commentary was great. The food was divine. I was so impressed with the cruise and BBQ. If you're in Queenstown, this is a must do. Don't miss out on this.

We enjoyed ourselves on the cruise. Great views and this boat really takes you quite far. Yummy cheeses and tasty wine. Just the speakers were quite mumm, so we couldn't really hear anything from the captain commenting on the places around. Good times anyway!

We've done jetboats, bungy jumps, luge rides, Steam Boat cruises and all the likes, but this was definitely the highlight of our trip. Nothing beats soakimg up this beautiful country whilst being inches above the crystal clear Wakatipu river. Such a beautiful way to explore!!

Have experience a classic trip on the ship. One awesome thing is we can head into the engine room and saw them operate the ship to seal. Got to try once but once is enough. Besides, there is no discount in any website even here. It just a same price.

My family and I had so much fun with this experience for my birthday yesterday!! From the TSS Earnslaw ride with lovely and chill music playing at the background (the lady playing the piano was amazing and talented). At the Walter Peak, I was completely in awe of its beauty. I just wish i had time to walk around the place as time was hectic in this activity. The farm show was fun too, those farm dogs were amazing! And finally, the BBQ BUFFET LUNCH! That was super delicious! Overall I would rate it as 10/10. Super happy with the experience!

Great service, all the staff are kind enthusiastic and committed to give a high quality service. Meals were tasty and beautifully presented.

The pilot gave us great views and good commentary, very helpful and we had a fantastic time! I only wish it could've been longer, not saying its not value for money, only that no matter how long it was, I would have probably asked for more!!!

Stunning scenery and very relaxing.

What a fab way to spend 4 hours. Cruising aboard the 1912 Steamship - TSS Earnslaw (launched the same year as the Titanic - with a better outcome!) - sail to Walter Peak Station- then a magnificent sit down ( in a comfortable restaurant) BBQ lunch smorgasbord. A glass of wine and desert and a wall of candy to finish. Then a seat on the beach or admire the cottage gardens ( grown in the mild microclimate of this area) or experience some sheep shearing. So easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Great trip, great old boat (lady of the lake) farm visit was very worth while with a great variety of animals to get up close with and feed. Good range of food and drinks on board.

Absolutely loved this steamboat trip with gourmet BBQ and shearing demonstration. We didn't expect much as booked spontaneously online but we loved the old fancy boat, the pianist on the boat set the scene, too but was just outstanding was the buffet BBQ. We're gonna dream about that for months or even years to come. The restaurant was in such a break spot as well. Highly recommended!

What wonderful way to experience Queenstown and the Lake. The TSS Earnslaw boat trip and BBQ lunch was a brilliant experience, assisted by the calm, sunny day that we had. The trip gave us the opportunity to travel on a beautifully restored boat to Walter Peak Station and then be able to wander around the well kept, beautiful gardens and grounds before an outstanding lunch. Due to COVID restrictions the BBQ buffet lunch was replaced with a buffet to table service which I think was even better experience wise. Attentive service from our wait staff and some great local wine made it for a wonderful lunch. Time after to wander around the grounds, check out some of the "pet" livestock and a quick introduction to how sheep dogs do their job made it a great afternoon. Highly recommended.

The place has an incredible view. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was super calm and relaxing. The food was good for the price point. In general, really nice experience!

From the super friendly welcome right down to the quality of food and fantastic meal recommendations, we can’t say enough about the awesome experience. The food was to delicious and great portions, the staff (especially Gabrielle) knew the meals well and looked after us well with awesome banter. Thanks team, we will be back!!!

Had a lovely day trip to Walter Peak on the earnslaw. The lunch is so delicious and perfectly cooked. Loved seeing all the animals and the flowers in he homesteads garden. Thanks to lovely gardener that helped us to identify some of the flowers!

A relaxing, serene and picturesque Steamship journey followed by the best meal of our week here.Shearing and working dog display also enjoyable and informative. We nearly didn't do this but decided to fill in our last day with a trip and so glad we did. Another success from bookme NZ!
