Starting from amazing Tour Guides who were friendly, kind and I loved how they constantly stopped to debrief the group on what to expect and cared about everyone's safety. We went with our 3 children (9 yrs old 14 and 17) and all 3 kids have not stopped talking about the day so great for all ages!!! They especially loved running down the crater. The views at top were stunning. You can not visit Rotorua without experiencing Mt Tarawera :)
