Staff were upbeat and really helpful from start to finish. Had so much fun! Would highly recommend to anyone, any age. Only regret is not booking more time ?

Staff at snow planet where you get your helmet and go to the entrance of the Winter Winderland we’re so rude but the experience and the staff at the main entrance were wonderful. The guys at the helmet check really tainted the fun experience

My children want to learn to snowboard now after coming in to play in winter wonderland and doing the tubing. Was an awesome experience. Can’t wait to come back. Really good team who helped with our random requests.

Took my husband and 10 month old tubing on the slopes and we all had the best time! Great atmosphere, helpful staff. But do wrap up warm - it really is freezing!!!

Winter wonderland is a great addition to snow planet I hope it stays for a while the kids 3 & 5 had a blast! But even parents and teenager also found it entertaining and the temperature was so good to be in with all this heat outside the process of entry was simple and it’s well run my only negative was an hour goes so quick especially when trying to get the kids dressed and waiting to obtain the right sized rental gear so go earlier so you don’t miss out of the time allowed inside

We love it at snowplanet. Great staff and coffee. We used the passes along a mini-chilly lesson for our son which worked great.

Had an awesome day at Snow Planet with a bunch of friends. We were mostly beginners and we all made it to the top of the slope. Great place to learn. Even small kids were zooming down the slopes.

Great for family with young children. Recommend arriving at least 1 hour earlier as we spent almost 55 mins in the queue for the boots and helmets.

Was such an awesome time for the kids. Especially if they have never been to the snow this was a awesome first time experience. They also got to watch other people ski and snowboard which was fun!

Great time had by all. It wasn't too busy and the snow was excellent to snow board on.

This is the second time I have taken my autistic daughter to snow planet, and she has had such an amazing time. She just loves the snow and going tubing, she has asked to go back again.

We have 2 kids, 4ys and 2ys. They loved tubing on snow for 1 hours. My oldest talked about her new experiences all the day after visiting SNOWPLANET. We made another booking for tubing.

Totally loved the Adventure Park, especially the vertical bungy! Woohoo what a rush. A great day out with lots of fun.

This place is awesome. The laser tag is great value lots of game options and new facilities. Arcade is also great and the staff super friendly.

Definitely will be back. The kids had an awesome time for first timers. Makes a huge difference when a place has really good staff who look like they actually enjoy their job. We will definitely be back.

Staff was frequent and helpful

My son really enjoyed the session. The person who was giving the instructions (sorry I forgot his name) did an awesome job. His demonstrations and instructions were very good and it’s a highly recommended experience for people of any age group.

Son came 3rd time for fun.. in summer time, not much people around, so happy to see and comfy had coffee in cafe.

Amazing experience for someone who loves planes and not just flying in them. Lot of little details to take in but that's the beauty of it. Captaining a jetliner cockpit is no joke but certainly fun in a sim setting. Would highly recommend to anyone who even scarcely wonder at times if the captain is only there to say nice words to passengers. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

It was really a fun place, my daughter enjoyed it. We booked for 2 hours to try it but was not enough, will book at least a half day next time. You can sit in the warm café watching your children skiing from behind the glass.

Highly recommend this. This was our 1st time and we loved it. The staff were amazing, informative and understanding. The venue has lots of parking and a great restaurant will delicious food. Our kids appreciated there time there and would love to do it again.

The setup was so realistic that I felt I was in real snow mountains

My daughter who snowboards thought it was great for off season practice and my son who never tried before was blitzing it…. They both loved it..!!
