I booked a specific ride through Book me, but the operator unilaterally downgraded my booking and gave me a totally different ride without my permission. What makes this worse is that I contacted them more than five times prior to confirm I would receive exactly what I paid for. They ignored my confirmations, provided an inferior service, and then refused to offer a refund. This is a total scam and a breach of the booking agreement. Avoid this operator.
