Best experience ever!
This has been one of the best things we’ve done in NZ! The pilots were all friendly and chatty and the flight itself was incredible, we took the 16:30 flight (much recommended) and saw the beginnings of the sunset on the mountains! An incredible experience I would recommend to anyone! Was really cool having the helicopter up and ski plane down!

Super experience!!
We had a great time with great people. Organization was perfect and correct! The Glacier itself was a lifetime expercience which cannot be compared with anything else!!

Scam: Paid for a specific ride, got a downgrade.
Extremely disappointed with this experience. I booked a specific ride through Book me, but the operator unilaterally downgraded my booking and gave me a totally different ride without my permission. What makes this worse is that I contacted them more than five times prior to confirm I would receive exactly what I paid for. They ignored my confirmations, provided an inferior service, and then refused to offer a refund. This is a total scam and a breach of the booking agreement. Avoid this operator.

Epic Adventure!!
Don't wait! Book it now...first time in a small plane AND helicopter. Soooo well organised, staff were amasing. Had a good 10 minites on the landing. This is right at our back door, I truly hope any travellers don't miss out because of the weather. 10 out of 10
