We were lucky enough to have two guides take the small group of four that we were with on our day tour from Queenstown to Mount Cook. What a lovely day Shane and Kreig provided. The pace of the twelve hour trip was finally tuned and perfectly managed. There was interesting information provided along the way and a generally relaxed approach to how the day unfolded, which only added to the pleasant experience. Estive com a minha namorada nessa experiência para observar as estrelas e foi simplesmente incrível! Vimos muitas constelações a olho nu, tivemos explicações sobre como navegar usando as estrelas, e ainda tivemos a oportunidade de ver vários diferentes astros nos telescópios, uma nebulosa azul, uma outra vermelha, uma estrela que brilha nas cores do arco íris… o chocolate quente, as cobertas e os marshmallows no fogo foram o charme e toque final do passeio. Eu simplesmente amei!

They provide a detailed introduction, blankets, and warm hot chocolate. You can also enjoy toasting marshmallows. Through professional telescopes, we were able to see Saturn, the Southern Cross, and the visible Milky Way. I highly recommend participating in this if the weather allows.

It was such a lovely night and it was a perfect night to do stargazing in winter! Loved the way George made it so informative and fun! We saw lots of stars through the telescope and even planet Saturn! To top the night off, we saw a shooting star! Wishing all my wish to come true!

We had an astounding time during the whole stargazing sesh with George— it was very informative and I would say a unique experience too! Then we wrapped it up with hot chocos & BBQ marshmallows in a very chilly night. It was an exceptional night to wrap up our anniversary trip. You are such an amazing host, George! What a way to end a South Island roady! Great spot with views from the pools. Liked that there was an adults only pool. Whole place felt very clean and not congested. Body wash in showers, togs spinner, nice cafe. And ability to hire items for those needing it.

Very nice and relaxing place to visit with family. Our 1year old son also enjoyed the day at the pools.

Great pools, really nice temperature for a crisp evening and the view on the hill is gorgeous.

Great value for money when you can re-enter throughout the day. Very clean facilities; toilets. Showers, changing area. Great poolside assistance if needed and life guards on duty ensuring all clients enjoy their time and children follow the rules. Stunning views of the mountains and lake from top two pools. Be nice when the hill behind grows again. The shade sails were a god send but definately recommend wearing your sunnies as very gleary from the water and white snowy mountains on a fine day. Fantastic experience we would definately do again.

Lovely friendly helpful staff

Lovely day out in Tekapo and so relaxing to spend it by the pools. Clean and comfortable. A must do if you can. It was a hot day so glad to have a shady area to enjoy the water.

The Bookme discount was great, no voucher require just booked in by name. We could stay as long as we wanted. If you go to Tekapo - you have to go!!

There are 3 pools, different temperature. It was good warm comparing to Hanmer Spring which it was not warm enough. The scenary is just so beautiful. I wanna go there again!

It was a great experience for me, I had driven from Christchurch city to this place after flew from Auckland and I got really tired. But I really felt chill and in those pools. I would almost sleep inside. View is uniq with Tekapo Lake and there are many trees behind you. There was a lady on the desk she was very helpful, she helped me to charge my mobile phone other it would die almost. Thank you her again :)

Beautiful views, lovely clean pools. Good cafe with a nice range of food, reasonable prices. Change area is probably a little small considering how busy it gets. No shower to rinse off in family changing room.

Lovely place to relax in the warm pools, only downside was the property lockers, not very clear instructions on how to use them, picture showed that they would automatically unlock after one hour but on querying this with staff were told they would not! Thought of lockers automatically opening whilst we were still in the pools and anyone could help themselves to our belongings was not very reassuring!

Very relaxing hot pools , had about 5 different pools all with different heats very nice views , changing rooms were clean even at the end of the day. Grabbed a great bargain with this deal :)

Great day had by myself and my family. My elderly mother is in a wheelchair and the staff were so helpful throughout the day. The staff helped me get mum into the water chair and then helped me get her in the pool. The weather was extremely cold but the view was great. The pizza and chips deal was a great finish to the day, sitting in the cafe with the fire going.

Tekapo springs is a must do while there aren't crowds- one day it will be like Hanmer, so make the most of the beautiful surrounds and quieter pools while you can, my kids had an absolutely brilliant time, and with the extra options available it could quite easily be a weeks worth of activities just within Tekapo. So set aside at least one nights stay for 2 days of relaxing and restoration of your body and mind. Just do it!

Paid extra for a sauna, was awesome!!! Such a nice experience and everyone was super friendly......great place to be!

Awesome place to go on a cold day. Great mountain views add to the experience especially when it's snowing.

Absolutely amazing place to stop and relax. My 7 year old loved it and the pools had the most amazing views. Would recommended it to all. Very family friendly. Next time we are down south will definitely visit again.
