Wear sport shoes and make sure if you are taking a baby stroller make sure it’s the buggy stroller, small stroller or stroller tyres is really hard to push.

Better than I expected, is a playground and more. For a few extra dollars, upgraded my little one (at her request) to a super pass and she loved everything. Highly recommend, she's already planning our next visit!

Only stumbled across this playground by accident and wish I had known about it earlier. What an amazing outing we had!!! Miss 4 had such a blast on the crocheted net and we stayed literally until closing time. Couldn't see the obstacle course that's advertised, and nobody ever checked for tickets so not sure why we actually had to pay to get in, but apart from that we highly recommend the place and will definitely go back, maybe catch a show next time.

Took my daughter and a couple of her friends for a Saturday playdate and theh absolutely loved it. Definitely recommended and will be coming back soon. The cast were wonderful and even offered photos after the show. Keep it up Whoa..

My son got a great day here. He almost played all kinds of projects outdoors and indoors. The most funniest one is Roller Coster. Meanwhile, animals on the farm are super adorable.

What an impressive team there are at Crystal Mountain! We turned up on the windiest day Auckland has had in ages, with rain and trees being blown over on our way (true story!), to a calm and efficient team. They let everyone know they could rebook if they wanted as the weather caused some rides to be closed. We decided to stay and were glad we did! Our 1 year old LOVED feeling the Llamas and it is her new favourite word. Our 4 year old loved the carousal and made friends on the playground. The adults LOVED the cafe food and how calm everyone was. Yes, we can't rate the whole experience because the ponies were being kept safe from the storm and the tractors and rollercoaster were understandably not happening due to the wind, but what we did experience, we loved. Thank you!

Awesome day spent at crystal mountain, fun for the kids, a little bit of upkeep around the animals would have been nice to see making it a bit more interactive, other than that we had fun.

First time going there so much to do kids enjoyed every bit of it Customer service was great thank you also to the staff at the Cafe for the amazing service making sure we had our order all at once 😊

As a crystal lover I highly recommend the shop and museum. As a mother I highly recommend everything. We didn’t plan to be there for longer then 2 hours, 5 hours later and we had to drag the kids away.

Amazing experience with my family despite the rain!

Lots of animals and activities for children in my opinion 2 and up. Bit disappointed the roller coaster was not running but the kids loved the indoor adventure park with the slides and stuff. The tractor ride was fun and so was the train.

Awesome place for the kids and adults had so much fun spent well over 4 hrs and still didn't get to feed the animals the crystal museum , shop and panning was the highlight after our day kids loved it definitely will be back!!!

Amazing time at Crystal Mountain affordable prices through book.me best time to go is during the week, spacious,staff were awesome and accommodating,indoor playground was a hit for my kids 7 and 2 also fun for my 12yr nephew.I would visit again!

My children loved Crystal Mountain! They said it was the best place ever from the indoor playground, to the Roller coaster and ofcourse the feeding of the animals. Would definitely recommend if your looking for all day entertainment for your children.

Really good day, the indoor activities were loved rainy day but still enjoyable. It would be nice to have the rides on more often but we understood it's not peak season and a small business so we made use of the timetable. The feed we were given for the animals didn't really interest the animals that would be the only downside to our day.

Fun day for kids with activities indoors (museum, cafe, huge play area, bouncy castle, carousel) and outdoors (farm animals, feeding, train ride, horse-ride and other rides).

Our granddaughter loved the animals and the rides. It would have been more enjoyable if the roller-coaster had done another ride as some people wanted a second turn and a few missed the time. Lunch was good in the café. Great to see the huge crystals in the museum.

The kids had a great day here, lots of fun things and the museum is really cool, food is also really good and not expensive.

We enjoyed our day out, lots to see and do, friendly animals to feed. Huge gift shop. Not to mention huge crystals in the museum. Thanks.
