Approximately 12 h trip, totally worth it. The driver was nice, knowledgeable and funny. The time at Mt Cook was just enough to do one walk. The driver was kind to take photos of me. I totally recommended this trip if you are in Queenstown and have done Milford Sound.

We were lucky enough to have two guides take the small group of four that we were with on our day tour from Queenstown to Mount Cook. What a lovely day Shane and Kreig provided. The pace of the twelve hour trip was finally tuned and perfectly managed. There was interesting information provided along the way and a generally relaxed approach to how the day unfolded, which only added to the pleasant experience. Pack a lunch and throw stones in the lake, or on the ice in winter. Great way to spend the day in Mt Cook

One of the best short walks in NZ, takes about 3 hours there and back. Can start from the car park here or walk from the village. Has 3 large swing bridges like this, and.a glacial lake at the end.

We were a group of 6 people including our greate guide Anna. Weather was absolutely perfect, without any cloud in the sky. We flew up to the Tasman glacier then we were walking on ice with crampons about two hours and then helicopter picked us on a different spot and we flew back. Anna told us a lot of interesting facts about glaciers and mountains and we felt safe for the whole time. We had many opportunities to make unique photos. Walking wasn't very hard, so it was more relaxing trip. We certainly recommend this experience.

Staff were amazing as at first due to thick heavy fog they advised that the flight may have to be cancelled … however they arranged for myself and a few others to go to Mt Cook airport and they flew us from there. It was an amazing experience. Nigel the pilot was incredible … the landing, the snow walk , the scenery. Totally awesome. Would highly recommend this to everyone. Yoshi the staff member was also very good and funny and polite. Loved the whole experience.

Everything about this tour, from the pilot to the views to the glacier landing, was breathtakingly beautiful! I can’t imagine having done the tour any other where and we will truly cherish the memories for life! The ride was really smooth and the pilot was fantastic and very informative!

We had a wonderful flight with a great pilot. The scenery was amazing and the weather perfect. At the end we built a snowman almost at the top of the Tasman Glacier.

We were supposed to do the Tasman taster but were informed due to lack of numbers we had been upgraded to the ultimate Alpine experience. Winning! The whole experience from the staff to the flight which was breathtaking was top class. I can't recommend this highly enough. It has been the highlight of our holiday. If you are thinking about it, just book it you won't regret it.

Absolutely amazing

The staff has been fantastic and advised us to rebook our flight due to the bad weather coming ahead. Scenery is truthfully breathtaking and landing on the mountain amazing. Book your flight before ice disappears!!

We debated whether to pay out for the more expensive helicopter trip and I'm so glad we did. The views were amazing, the snow landing was perfect and the drive down to Mt Cook airport was just simply stunning. The pilot was knowledgeable, friendly and had no problems in answering our questions or taking the photos that we wanted. We would highly recommend people pay that little bit extra for this experience!

One of the best things we have experienced in New Zealand and equal to any other glught in the world. From booking, checkin to the smooth flight ( yes we had a perfect day - no wind or cloud) everything was perfect and very professional. Thankyou for making this a lasting memory.

Epic scenery and epic experience to match. The team at inflight Mt Cook were amazing. Helpful, informative and reassuring for first time flyers. The views were just spectacular, photos don't do it justice, try it for yourself! The weather didn't let us get as high on the glacier as the usual spot, but the team more than made up for it with more time on the glacier. Thanks very much, we hope to do it again sometime!

Unbelievable experience. Got extra time on the ice, great commentary and perfect weather!

This is highly recommended in Mt cook. The view was amazing. We landed in the glacier and got chance to enjoy the soft snow. Wonderful. Credit to the pilot for such a stable fly.

It was surreal flying up among the top of the snow covered mountains. Landing on the glacier and having some time to absorb the surroundings was special. Our pilot was so friendly and was very accommodating when taking photos for us. Recommended. Best way to experience the tasman ice glacier and Mount Coom.

The best part of visiting Mount cook. Views were spectacular. What made it even better was the staff. The pilot went above and beyond, explaining our surroundings and was very curteous, offering to take a couple pictures for us. The lady who looked after the booking before the flight was very lovely too, took her time explaining everything and made sure we were ready for the flight.

It was a stunning, amazing, wonderful hike on the Mt Cook glacier. We were surrounded by mountains and we had an opportunity to climb through multiple ice tunnels. The ice caves were unbelievably beautiful Blue colour. And it was one of my dearest dreams to go on a helicopter flight.

Fantastic adventure/viewing experience. Our luck with the weather made it all the better. Would strongly recommend to all.

We already had quite a discount on the normal price for the 35 minute flight, but on the day itself we got a phone call from Inflight, asking is we wanted to do an earlier flight for the same price, which turned out to be their 55 minute Grand Circle flight!!! It was an absolutely amazing experience, I would recommend it to anyone. I'd like to thank Inflight once again for giving us this opportunity, we loved every second of it!

It was a great experience and the view is spectacular and stunning. The pilot, Dan Martin is very friendly and he gave free photo by using his camera. And plus I received free upgrade from 30min to 45min...

The view was amazing and so pilot so great ! I booked a 35 min fly and got more than one hour ! It's one of those thing that know you have to do when you come if New Zealand! Thanks a lot !

This flight was incredible, we had as perfect day , no clouds nor wind, so a very smooth experience, up close to the soaring snow peaks and landing on the Tasman glacier was a highlight! Felt very s as fe in our pilots capable hands, and enjoyed this flight immensely.

Great tour, fit well with our trip from Queenstown to lake tekapo. Our pilot was a legend, very knowledgeable about the land and glacier. Amazing views of mt cook, we were the only helicopter on the glacier too.

A must do experience, its stunning, you see the mountains from a whole different perspective, do it ... you won't regret it, its been a highlight for sure!!!

This was a simply incredible experience! If the forecast is fine, the 55 min Grand Traverse on a ski plane is the only one to do. In a plane you go further for less money than a helicopter. The pilot and staff were also great. Flying around Mount Cook and Mount Tasman, seeing the West Coast, all the glaciers and finally landing on the biggest one of them all was the best hour of our trip/year. Like someone else said, if you have to save somewhere else on your trip do it but take this flight.
