Thank you for a great trip - we were lucky enough to be upgraded to the yacht but the whole experience was fab. Matt was a friendly and knowledgeable skipper/guide and the hot pools were a real experience. The kids loved jumping off the wharf into the lake too.

Very nice trip. Not rushed, and the lady that did the trip was knowledgeable and friendly . Lake Rotoiti is beautiful. We had the hot pools all to ourselves ! Fantastic.

Fantastic couple of hours spent on the lake. Great introduction to using the ski and where to go. The hot pools are a must stop!

This tour was great and the tour guide was super friendly! As rafting is the their most common activity, the SUPing was nice and quiet, very relaxed, floating down the channel with loads of amazing birds! Well worth the money! And definitely one to try if you've never been SUPing before!

Really good experience and relaxing after adrenaline activities. Staff very friendly. Had a late lunch at the cafe which was very much needed and reasonably priced.

Was so awesome, made my skin feel so soft. Still over 24 hrs later and 3 showers my skin still feels soft. I trod on a bumblebee just before I got in the mud and it stung the bottom of my foot, as soon as I rubbed it in the mud the sting left. Staff were really friendly, nice atmosphere. Just wonderful all round ??

We had a lovely time, we got lucky so the 3 of us had a private tour with the best guides you could imagine. Super fun tour, with nice ziplines, yummy tea and a lot of cool facts about NZ and its forests and birds. Don’t think twice, book it! :)

Great experience with our little kids for their first time zip line. We were absolutely delighted! Our hosts were absolutely amazing! We have leaned about the culture and history all the way. My son said he come back again during summer holiday! Thank you so much Rotorua Ziplines.

My partner and I went zip lining over the weekend and could not have asked for a better experience. We ended up being the only two in our time slot and we had 2 awesome guides Dan & Flynn. They were hilarious, and made me (terrified of heights) super comfortable straight away! Their knowledge of the area and culture is exceptional and you can tell they really love their job! The scenery is stunning and we even got to name and plant a native tree to help rebuild the forest! Absolutely rate this place! We will definitely be back.

I was nervous but the team helped me so much to relax and enjoy - and I definitely enjoyed! It was an incredible experience and Johnny, one of our guides, gave an amazing commentary along the way about the places we were in and the history of the land. Phenomenal! I would highly recommend everyone go and do it

Highly recommend. We have done the other zips in rotorua but loved this one as it had beautiful scenery as it goes across the falls. The guides were awesome, thanks Kyle and Dom for the terrible jokes and fabulous afternoon out. We were struggling to think of something to do in the rain for my daughter's birthday and cracked it with this adventure. I would say it was almost better in the rain!

What an amazing experience. From ziplining, learning about the culture. Jonny and Nui were fantastic guides and were so nice to my 9 year old! Will definitely be back 😁

I would highly recommend this company, especially ride with Tom or Jesper! Jesper gave us a ride from town and Tom was our guide on the boat. We have laughed all the time :) one of the best experience in NZ! Definitively not to be missed! Cheers

Awesome and unforgettable lifetime experience for even a non-swimmer like me. The rapids may look scary but it is so much fun rafting with complete confidence in your guide and the red (lifesaver) kayak. The crew were incredible and they have such an enviable office. I would say this is a 'must-do' activity in everyone's lifetime.
