The village is nice, but the guide was rude to my aged parent, when the tour guide asked every visitor to try the hot spring cooked corn, she got ignored twice when she ask for one maybe because she doesn't speak English, when I went to translate for her and explain to the guide, she ignored me and raised her voice to ask if anyone wants to try, until the second time I said my mum hasn't tried, she finally gave her a piece with rude attitude. Then we stopped the tour half way, other centre staff saw us sitting there, tried to help us out, then asked us to make a complaint for refund for this bad experience
