Always a great relax
Love going to the terraces, only wish the steps were marked. Toe stubbing is a part of the experience at the terraces. Staff were lovely.

Hot pools
Pools were quieter than we've seen before. Very relaxing, will definitely be back 😎

Def on the to do list when in Taupo
Warm n helpful staff, always a nice chilled experience, obviously better when not so busy but still worth going especially on a rainy day. Partner left her togs behind n they washed n dried them when we called n went to go pick them up. Extra mile service is rare these days :)

Good
Since having been to Hammer Springs, I do think these hot pools could do with some upgrading, but still a really good experience.
