It is advertised as a premium facility, but nothing felt luxurious, except perhaps the shower. From the moment we arrived at the changing rooms, the disappointment began. The women’s sauna was out of order, the steam room was run-down and poorly maintained, and the staircases looked worn and neglected.
The pool had real potential, but the furniture around it was comparable to what you would expect in a one-star hotel. As for the hot tub, it was far too hot and, in our opinion, should be checked. We are regular spa-goers, and this temperature was clearly not normal. The jets weren’t even working, so it was simply an excessively hot basin in which staying more than 40 seconds was unbearable.
There was a refreshment station with water, but offering a small tea selection would have helped improve what was otherwise a very mediocre experience.
We ended up leaving after just one hour instead of two. The arrival of children jumping into the pool, combined with the surrounding construction noise, was simply too much.
Do not waste your money.
