Really good experience and relaxing after adrenaline activities. Staff very friendly. Had a late lunch at the cafe which was very much needed and reasonably priced.

Was so awesome, made my skin feel so soft. Still over 24 hrs later and 3 showers my skin still feels soft. I trod on a bumblebee just before I got in the mud and it stung the bottom of my foot, as soon as I rubbed it in the mud the sting left. Staff were really friendly, nice atmosphere. Just wonderful all round ??

Fantastic couple of hours spent on the lake. Great introduction to using the ski and where to go. The hot pools are a must stop!

I would highly recommend this company, especially ride with Tom or Jesper! Jesper gave us a ride from town and Tom was our guide on the boat. We have laughed all the time :) one of the best experience in NZ! Definitively not to be missed! Cheers

Fantastic experience, I did this as a 50th birthday treat with my daughter, son in law and one of their friends. Great guide thanks Cam you totally made our day, I would definitely be doing it again next time I visit New Zealand ?

What a fantastic trip down the rapids and over the waterfall! Despite the 7m drop at all times the trip seemed very well managed with safety measures built in. It is well over thirty years since I last went rafting and I thoroughly enjoyed this and definitely one of the highlights of our holiday to New Zealand

This company was super organized, our guides Nate and Nico where super enthusiastic, knowledgeable and fun. They kept us safe and made sure we had a blast. Also very knowledgeable about the local area and were happy to chat and give us advice after the tour. My only thing would be that the experience as a whole was a lot shorter than expected… only about 1/2 an hour to 45 mins at most. Obviously no fault of the guides… nobody can control how fast the water flows and maybe it takes longer on a day when there are many rafts on the River. But it’s nice to have realistic expectations as the description says it’s a 2 h activity. (Easily could be in and out within an hour including hearing up and driving there etc.) not disappointed with the experience though, especially for the price. I would highly recommend this team to this experience regardless.

What a ride!! Absolutely awesome time on the river!! Felt a bit nervous initially but the crew put us all at ease straight away with their friendly hilarious banter and stellar expertise. Complete masters of their craft, always felt absolutely safe and had a blast! Would highly recommend Rotorua Rafting for a great adventure that won’t be soon forgotten. Thanks to Jure and Nathan…. what a top bunch of lads! We never felt it’s unsafe when we’re with them and we enjoyed to the fullest of our ride. Thanks to George for the beautiful pictures ☺️. A must do!

From start to finish we were so impressed and had a great time. The operation is well set up from check in and comfortable for waiting before the trip starts. The staff are easy going and on the ball to get you set up & off to the River. Our guide Sam was top class! Very safety conscious with support staff waiting to help if needed. The rafting was incredible! We had such a great group that were laughing & having a good scream down the biggest falls to make it fun. There’s a good few rapids beyond the big drop so the trip was much more than we’d expected. It was definitely thanks to Sam that we also had some extra tricks and spins thrown in to. We’ll be ready and waiting to go back again! Fully recommend the company and the experience!

What an incredible experience!

Kicked off our honeymoon with Rotorua Rafting & it will definately be hard to beat! My husband & I have travelled a bit - Hawaii, Bali, Thailand to name a few. Of all the activities we have experienced, this is by far my favourite. To know that it was in our beautiful home country is beyond belief. All guides were bloody awesome - thank you Nui for looking after us. Such genuine people who made us feel at ease as we didn't realise how it would be. My husband is pretty hard to please but it ws awesome to see him enjoying the rafting more than me. We got to meet a lovely couple also & good teamwork was involved. Will highly recommend this to anyone / everyone!

I've been going back and forth to Rotorua a couple of times now but I can tell you this is one of the most memorable experience! The guide is wonderful. Friendly and makes you feel safe. Felt kinda sad by the end of it the fact that the experience was only 1 hour. Wished it would be longer! But love love love the experience and would definitely go again to bring more friends!

We had an awesome time! Were good about us being 10/15 minutes late which we appreciated and still let us do it and caught us up to the other rafts. Felt the crew / workers were really capable, experienced and knew exactly what they were doing which was very reassuring. They were also very friendly and helpful. Well organised and well paced tour and good amount of time on water. THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND!

We were really unsure about doing anything touristy in Rotorua due to overpricing and lack of actual experience however, these guys proved us completely wrong! We enjoyed every millisecond of this trip. We laughed way too much(if that's even possible) and the guides made us feel totally safe, especially while we sat in suspense above the 7 metre Tutea falls. I'm so glad we chose Rotorua Rafting for our trip down the river as the experience would not have been the same without the relationships we forged with the guides and their laid back personalities. We had Tom to guide us down the river and Jack & Cam to make fun of and get made fun of! We would 100% recommend these guys. Thanks again !!!

What a ride!!!! Water temp 24 degrees. No need for wet suits. Great service!!! We had PEACH as our guide. Great sense of humor. He put my kids at ease. All the lads were great. I was a bit apprehensive at the start as Im a heavy set wahine. And thought I'd struggle on the raft. We had the option of flipping the raft. Which I declined. It'd take a full brigrade to get me back in the raft 😬 I took my teenage kids and a family friend. I was basically there for my kids support and save them if it went wayward. Highly recommend Rotorua Rafting. Karakia during our journey was on point. Shout out to JUSTIN! I had said my own Karakia before we arrived.🤙 Primo experience Thanks guys. With love Otautahi whanau.

We have done rafting in Queenstown but must say no comparison. This has by far been the best rafting experience and I speak on behalf of my friends too. Nate is the best and would recommend to anyone who’s keen to give this experience a go!

We ent in summers so the water was pretty warm and the guides and all the staff were very professional and fun. They made the whole experience even more fun. Our guide was SAM and he was amazing, he was really funny and a great trainer. Overall, the whole experience was really fun and a must-do for whoever is visiting Rotorua.

This tour was great and the tour guide was super friendly! As rafting is the their most common activity, the SUPing was nice and quiet, very relaxed, floating down the channel with loads of amazing birds! Well worth the money! And definitely one to try if you've never been SUPing before!

As nervous as you could get - if you're really looking for the adrenaline rush and excitement, then request your guide to do you a favor and flip the boat on the water rafting. That was pretty much the highlight of our journey :) One that you would definitely remember. I should say, I can swim but not a really strong swimmer yet I could survive. It is just dangerous enough but still safe. Definitely recommended!

Awesome and unforgettable lifetime experience for even a non-swimmer like me. The rapids may look scary but it is so much fun rafting with complete confidence in your guide and the red (lifesaver) kayak. The crew were incredible and they have such an enviable office. I would say this is a 'must-do' activity in everyone's lifetime.
